SHIPPING POLICY

As Rose & Rain pieces are handmade to order, this requires 2-6 weeks for production as soon as payment is received, plus shipping time. For any urgent requests, please send an email to roseandrainaccessories@gmail.com before placing your order.

Canada Shipping:
Calculated shipping at check out via Canada Post Canada Post Expedited Parcel with Delivery Confirmation so that it may be trackable. Estimated shipping time 1-15 business days.

USA Shipping:
Calculated shipping at check out via Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA with Delivery Confirmation so that it may be trackable. Estimated shipping time 7-15 business days.

International Shipping:
Calculated shipping at check out via Canada Post Expedited Parcel with Delivery Confirmation so that it may be trackable. Estimated shipping time 10-20 business days.

Please note: Rose & Rain is not responsible for any lost or stolen items that may occur during transit, thank you for your understanding. If you would like to choose a different shipping carrier, please email roseandrainaccessories@gmail.com

Important: International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes that Rose & Rain is not responsible for – it is up to the buyer to look over these potential fees. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods listed on the website, or shipping costs. Rose & Rain is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on the international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

RETURN POLICY

Returns and Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade to order, we cannot accept returns please consider this when making your purchase. However your satisfaction is very important to us, if you would like to make an exchange, that can be arranged within 7 days of receipt of your piece for store credit. Original shipping costs (and duties, if applicable) are non-refundable. All exchanges must be in their original packaging and unworn. We have the right to refuse items that are not in their original condition.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss and are not responsible for any exchange packages that are not received. International duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and can not be returned on exchanged items.
